  • Complete an application for each athlete
  • A copy of each athlete's birth certificate is required for participation
  • Fees must accompany each application
  • Athlete/s must attend practices regularly to compete at meets

  • Practice starts at 5:45 PM
  • Practices Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Fridays later in the season)
  • Athlete/s must have proper running attire & shoes for practice
